Dennis Valentino believes that integrity, honesty, and personal responsibility are as vital in business relationships as they are in other areas of life. This mindset has guided his commitment to putting clients’ needs and interests first for over two decades now. 

Dennis started his career at Legg Mason in 1995 when he moved to New York City and spent five years with the company learning the fundamentals of wealth management. In 2001, he joined Prudential Securities – the predecessor to Wells Fargo Advisors – honing his ability to implement strategies for a diverse array of investment planning and portfolio needs. 

In December of 2014, Dennis branched out to Heirloom Wealth Advisors and founded his current, independently-run office, which now focuses on the specialized needs and goals of his high-net-worth clients

Dennis has been named one of the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network Platinum Council Advisors for 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.* 

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Nohora, as well as running, snowboarding, ice climbing, participating in triathlons, and reading.

Irina Khaliava is dedicated to building lifelong relationships with her clients and helping them succeed financially. She believes providing superior service and following through on her commitments are essential to establishing long-lasting relationships with the people she serves.

Irina started her career in financial services working for Wells Fargo Bank for seven years, where she held various positions, including Premier Banker. Before joining Heirloom Wealth Advisors, Irina worked for Wells Fargo Advisors as a Financial Advisor, where she advised and educated her clients about retirement, investments, planning, and insurance. 

Born and raised in Belarus, Irina graduated from the Academy of Public Administration in Minsk with a bachelor’s degree in management and information resources. After immigrating to the United States, she attended Delaware Technical Community College, where she earned an associate’s degree in accounting. Irina is fluent in English, Russian, and Belarusian.

Outside of work, Irina loves spending time with her family. She enjoys travelling and exploring new places around the world, learning about geography as she goes. She has recently uncovered a passion for weaving, and in her free time, she creates projects using her floor loom.

Joe Durney brings a diligence, resourcefulness, and strong work ethic to investment analysis that defines his career and his ability to build strong, lasting client relationships. 

Joe began his financial services career at Merrill Lynch in 2005 and spent the next eight years there developing a structured method to planning. He cultivated skills that enabled him to create personalized wealth strategies for clients with wide-ranging goals and objectives. 

He joined Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network in 2013 and has continued to demonstrate a detailed and disciplined approach to helping clients with their investment, risk management, and estate investment planning needs.

Joe is a Senior Financial Advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., that helps him advise clients in all aspects of their investment plans, rather than focusing in just one area. He graduated from Wesley College where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and he now lives in Wilmington, DE, with his wife, Jillian, and their two sons, Joey and Jake.

Patrick Dougherty graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in music production and engineering. He immediately moved to New York City to embark on a career as a professional musician and found success touring and recording for Warner Brothers Records. He then transitioned to advertising as an executive producer for Commercial Photography in New York City and Los Angeles, managing multimillion-dollar productions, budgets, and project logistics for large national companies. Both of these career paths have helped to hone Patrick’s ability to remain steady and focused in fast-paced, high-pressure, and ever-changing environments. 

In 2017, Patrick brought his sharp organizational and project management skills to Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network when he joined Heirloom Wealth Advisors as the team’s Registered Principal. He focuses on technological updates and implementing efficient workflow strategies for the team. In 2021, Patrick successfully completed the national examination to achieve the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification. 

In his free time, Patrick enjoys playing music with his wife, Emily, as well as cooking and traveling.

Vincent Gulotti is a 20-plus year financial executive with experience in financial advisory, investment banking, private equity fund management, and non-profit financial leadership. Vince is involved in all steps of Heirloom’s client advisory process, including working with operations, preparing proposals for clients, conducting investment research, and executing market and strategy reviews.

Vince obtained the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification, the only credential designed specifically for financial advisors and investment consultants. The CIMA certification identifies individuals who have met extensive experience and ethical requirements and successfully completed advanced investment management consulting coursework provided through one of the top business schools in the United States.

Prior to joining Heirloom, Vince managed a joint venture that invested in single-family rental housing. He was the CFO of a company that owned and operated two continuing care retirement communities and oversaw a portfolio of municipal bonds backed by senior housing facility real estate and cash flow.

Vince earned a master’s degree in finance from American University and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Delaware. Vince has been married for nearly 25 years and has two children. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing guitar, and rowing.

Passionate about his community, Vince is the former treasurer of the Cab Calloway School Fund, a non-profit organization that supplements the cost of arts-based education and provides programming, outreach, and scholarships to underserved community members.

Craig Lusco believes that understanding clients is the most important aspect of his profession. In every client relationship, he values listening, as it is essential to cultivating a trusted relationship in which he helps clients crystallize their visions for the future by developing wealth management strategies. 

Craig earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Towson University in 1997. He practiced comprehensive wealth management for 20 years, beginning with an internship at Merrill Lynch his senior year of college. Craig is particularly proud of his focus on continuing education to deepen his understanding of wealth management. In 2021, Craig successfully completed the national examination to achieve the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification. 

Raised in Hartford County, MD, Craig now resides in York, PA, with his wife of 17 years, Angela. Together, they have three children and two Labrador retrievers. 

Craig’s passion for sports, gardening, and cooking account for most of his free time. When he isn’t coaching his children in wrestling or soccer, he is actively involved in three different soccer leagues in south central PA. He also enjoys going to concerts and listening to live music.

Larry Murphy entered the financial services industry in 1983 and immediately began growing his skills to help individuals and corporations build wealth through sound financial and investment strategies. 

Before joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2007, Larry worked for nearly a decade as a Vice President – Investments with UBS Financial Services in Vienna, VA. He also held positions at Prudential Securities and Legg Mason Wood Walker. Having joined the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, he continues to serve his clients by helping them create personalized portfolios and executing strategies that fit their goals, needs, and lifestyles. 

Larry holds a master’s degree from George Washington University’s Elliot School of International Affairs and a bachelor’s degree from Olivet College in Michigan. Larry formerly served as a board chairman of the Vienna Tysons Chamber of Commerce and chairman of the Public Policy Committee. He also served for eight years on the George Washington University Alumni Board of Directors.

Larry is a Senior Financial Advisor who brings over 30 years of financial experience to his career. His philosophy is to build an enduring client relationship by listening and understanding what matters most to each client throughout different phases of each client’s life. Once this trusted relationship is developed, Larry provides outstanding financial guidance and service. He also works closely with other family advisors, such as attorneys and accountants, to help make the estate process more efficient.

For corporations and business owners, Larry has experience with corporate cash management, business financing, and employee retirement plans.

Outside of work, Larry loves sports and playing golf. He also enjoys traveling with his family. Larry resides in Hockessin, DE with his wife Jill.

Norris L. Brodsky is a multi-faceted CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, experienced in retirement planning strategies. Drawing on years as a successful CPA (currently non-practicing) professional and CFO, he is well-positioned to assist entrepreneurs in optimizing their retirement and implementing a solid plan that aligns with their goals. Norris is committed to guiding entrepreneurs into the next phase of their life— planning a solid future and helping to create an income strategy for a comfortable retirement.

Jennifer Galvin, Senior Registered Client Associate, believes that keeping our clients satisfied and creating a seamless experience is a vital part of our business. Her upbeat personality along with her positive attitude is what makes her so special when interacting with clients and maintaining relationships. Jennifer assists with account administration, onboarding, and day-to-day client requests.

Jennifer has supported wealth management for 20 years. She started her career in 2004 at Merrill Lynch in their Operations Department. She became a client associate in 2007 and became fully registered passing the Series 7 and Series 66 examinations in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

In 2017, she joined RBC Wealth Management where she worked for over six years as a registered client associate before she joined Heirloom Wealth Advisors in 2023.

Jennifer was born and raised in Wilmington, DE. She Graduated from Goldey-Beacom College in 2004 with a major in marketing and a minor in business administration. Jennifer enjoys the Delaware beaches and spending time with her family.  She has been married to her husband Robert for 14 years and has 2 sons, Logan, and Bobby.

Anthony Papa is a Client Service Associate assisting Financial Advisors with opening accounts, transferring funds, and ensuring organization throughout the client management process. New to wealth management, Anthony is rotating through various branch office functions to develop a broad understanding of the factors that create a successful wealth management practice.

Prior to joining Heirloom, he spent a decade working at Vicmead Huntclub, where he honed his skills in customer service and management. After taking an interest in finance, he then went on to work at WSFS bank as a personal banker. In this role he assisted clients with tasks such as opening accounts, processing loans, and facilitating money transfers.

Anthony is also attending Wilmington University, where he is pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance. With a passion for understanding the intricacies of the financial world, Anthony is dedicated to expanding his knowledge and skills in this field.

In his personal life, Anthony indulges in various hobbies that bring him joy. He has a deep appreciation for cars, motorcycles, watches, golf, running, mountain biking, and all things outdoors, finding fulfillment in exploring these interests during his free time. Anthony embraces the challenges and rewards of outdoor activities. These pursuits not only keep him physically active but also allow him to connect with nature and recharge his mind.

This diverse range of experiences has equipped Anthony with strong interpersonal skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering high-quality work in every endeavor. As he continues his journey at Wilmington University and prepares to transition into the finance industry, Anthony remains focused on his goals and driven to achieve success in his chosen field, aiming to foster meaningful relationships along the way.

Sebastian Ciotti graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2022 with a degree in Business Analytics and Supply Chain Management. After graduating, he moved home to Wilmington, Delaware and began working as a Financial Analyst at Sun East Federal Credit Union. At Sun East, he was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining cash flows. 

Prior to Sun East, Sebastian gained experience as a lifeguard and food server, and began building professional credentials through sports analytics and financial analysis internships. These internships and classwork enabled Sebastian to add expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Profitstar, R-Studio and Microsoft Access. 

Sebastian believes that attention to detail and strong communication are two essentials in providing the best service for clients.

Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys playing guitar, skiing, golfing, traveling, and trying new food.
